It should come as no surprise given the nature of our skills that GHO has broad digital abilities - it is an expectation for most clients. Whether it be an effective eDM campaign or a sophisticated, multi-device website build; UX and conversion thinking to gamification and engaging video animation, GHO has a multitude of case studies to share with you.

Discovery Workshops.

Used to find the root of the client issue, discovery workshops help define a clear roadmap to the solution. Working closely with the client, this process can redefine original thinking and clarify strategy before concepts are even started.

Tissue Sessions.

An approach whereby multiple creative ideas are presented to clients early in the development process - hence the 'tissue' name describing that the ideas and first thoughts are not fully worked up. Client comments can then inform the work as it develops and gives them a greater sense of 'ownership'. Tissue Sessions tend to be used when the creative brief is tight and there is confidence that all stakeholders share a clear view of where we should be heading.

Conversion thinking.

Whatever the project, there is always a measure of success to be met. GHO keeps that front of mind whenever we undertake a project. Our thinking isn't based on subjective design changes, we analyse factors such as the customer journey, the audience and the current landscape to create strategic challengers and improve the return on investment.

Co-creation.

A technique that draws out client thinking by offering up creative territories to be workshopped early in the creative process. By providing three or more territories, supported by multiple taglines and mood boards the extended team is able to cover far more potential alternatives in a process that emphasises possibilities.
