Coffee is a significant, and growing, part of Breville’s business globally. We worked with them to research the potential for a global coffee hub to capitalise on the growing interest in Third Wave Specialty Coffee and to help reposition the company from a product brand to an experience brand.
We worked closely with Breville to undertake extensive customer and SEO research, a design sprint, prototypes and user testing. Having validated the demand for a centralised coffee hub, we developed Breville Coffee Journey.
The agency wrote and produced all content for the site, in partnership with coffee experts, baristas and coffee influencers. In all, we produced 25 videos, designed the entire experience, and shot over 25 still images.
Our research told us that the mass premium market was hungry to learn more about the origins of coffee. So we created an immersive experience, from plant to cup.
