Managing Director and Partner

Seasoned multi award-winning advertising and marketing communications professional with over 20 years' experience working in Europe and Australasia. Tenure in agencies from traditional ATL to data and digital specialists to integrated offerings, including DDB, Grey, Leo Burnett, Wunderman and M&C Saatchi. MD at GHO since 2016, Eithne is passionate and driven to deliver the best end-to-end customer experience for our clients. Experience on global and local brands across Finance, FMCG, Retail and Tech categories, Westpac, Microsoft, Coke, Kellogg’s, McDonald’s, and Nokia, with a focus on brand development and integrated communications.

James Legge
Strategy Partner

James is an award-winning strategic leader with a background in agency, client and startup companies. He has extensive experience across brand, digital, customer experience, communications, and innovation strategy. Over the past few years, James has been working at a strategic level to define and implement transformation programs that create sustainable growth for global organisations including CommBank, Electrolux, Dyson, Westpac and Vodafone. He is passionate about collaborating with businesses to define a purpose that sparks innovation, creating real value for the audience and the brand.

James Legge

Georgia Mclean
Group Account Director

Over 11 years of integrated campaign experience working on leading brands at both global and independent agencies in the UK and Australia, such as Ogilvy, AMV BBDO and Leo Burnett. She currently leads CommBank and Adobe at GHO. Over the years, she has managed brands like GIO Guinness, Pepsi, Samsung, Foxtel, Optus, CocaCola, just to name a few. Georgia brings lots of passion and energy to whatever she does. She loves a tough strategic challenge and will passionately champion the voice of the consumer. BA Communications, Advertising.

Georgia Mclean

Hamish Stewart

Hamish has led teams at many of Australia's leading agencies including R/GA Sydney, CHE Proximity and M&C Saatchi. Throughout his career, he has won every major global award, including Cannes, D&AD, One Show and Spikes Asia. He has contributed to multiple Agency of the Year awards and judged on digital, direct, mobile and innovation juries many times, including as national Chair of Judges for Digital at the AWARD Awards. He has extensive B2B and financial services experience on clients like NRMA, Telstra, Google and Macquarie. Hamish is also a mentor for cleantech accelerator EnergyLab and disability tech accelerator, Remarkable.

Ryan has built over a decade of experience at GHO working on everything from digital branding, UX strategy and eCommerce to digital products and service design for clients including Commonwealth Bank, Woolworths, OPSM, BWS, Allianz, SCAPE student accommodation and Taylors Wines. With his breath of experience across industries, clients and technology solutions, his ability to connect insights from customer-centric design thinking processes into creative and technology solutions are core to delivering GHO’s award winning output.

Shruti Rai
Experience Strategy Director

Shruti has over 10 years of design thinking experience, helping to build award-winning, impactful brand and product experiences for large global companies such as Nike, Google, Telstra, Shiseido, Macquarie Bank and Toyota. More recently, she has used her expertise to help local Australian startups develop first-class customer experience. She is motivated by the endless possibilities of a better community, created by the convergence of culture, human behaviour, design and technology. 

Shruti Rai
Experience Strategy Director

Shruti has over 10 years of design thinking experience, helping to build award-winning, impactful brand and product experiences for large global companies such as Nike, Google, Telstra, Shiseido, Macquarie Bank and Toyota. More recently, she has used her expertise to help local Australian startups develop first-class customer experience. She is motivated by the endless possibilities of a better community, created by the convergence of culture, human behaviour, design and technology. 

Peter Hosking
Founding Partner

Prior to GHO, Peter had a 15-year career with creative agencies in Sydney and London. He was associate-director in London with Lowe Howard-Spink before returning to Sydney to be the managing director for Lowe Lintas, a large integrated international agency. He launched his own business called 360 in 2000 with foundation client the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Having subsequently launched a separate design company and acquired another creative agency, he merged the businesses to form GHO in 2008. A strong proponent of the value that independent agencies bring to clients and individual careers, GHO now has a 21-year relationship with its foundation client and a leading staff retention rate in the industry. Twenty-five percent of the GHO team have worked with the agency for more than 10 years. Peter’s focus today is on the business development and financial management of GHO​

Domenic Bartolo
Design Director

Domenic Bartolo has over 20 years’ experience in senior design roles in both Sydney and London. Domenic Bartolo
Design Director
