We are thrilled our work with student-accommodation provider Urbanest has been recognised at the 2019 CRN IMPACT Awards, as a finalist in the customer experience category.
The IMPACT Awards celebrate supplier-led Australian IT projects and technology innovators that are making a difference for customer organisations.
GHO worked with Urbanest over the course of 2018 to redesign its website, overhaul the brand aesthetic and better communicate its value proposition. Through user-centric design principles and regular ‘sprints’, we were able to better understand how stakeholders interacted with the brand before developing a roadmap to more efficient processes.
Urbanest’s website was an exercise in developing such efficiency: over 4,500 individual content sections were streamlined into 40 unique modules; application processing time was cut by 50% for the hundreds of international booking agents who use the service; and we created a tangible demonstration of their brand promise ‘Made for so much more’ on an ambitious timeline.

Finalists were selected via a three-phase judging process from peers and industry leaders. Winners will be revealed at an awards ceremony in Sydney on Thursday 23 May.
