Context

Daily IQ is a free business insights tool available to CommBank customers, via NetBank or CommBiz. Using CommBank merchant data, Daily IQ can provide data on your business such as demographic (customer profile), catchment area statistics, industries within your area (competitive insights) and sales data on your own business (e.g. busiest time periods).

With low awareness of what Daily IQ actually is, businesses don’t know what it can do for them and don’t explore the opportunities. Businesses are also often sceptical about how relevant the information that Daily IQ can provide is; because they believe their business is unique and often data can be quite generic.

 

Challenge

Demonstrate to businesses how Daily IQ has successfully helped businesses grow and enhance their performance.

Solution

We produced two business case study videos; Christopher’s Cake shop in Sydney and Mildura Gateway Tavern in Victoria. Each video highlights the business’s background and how Daily IQ insights successfully helped to transform their business. The videos were shared via CommBank social channels: Facebook and YouTube. Plus, ATM and Digi Merch assets were developed to communicate to existing CBA customers.
