Applying Automated DM and Analytics Software for a better return.

New customers were receiving separate communications at the product level – Credit Cards, Transactions, Savings, etc. Not only were there too many they were non-personalised giving them the appearance of spam.

Our solution was to leverage ExactTarget digital marketing automation and analytics software to better personalise communications.

Flexible options for more targeted messaging.

We then created a tailored series of 4 modular based emails where content blocks could be switched out to ensure messaging was relevant.
